Europe is wide continent which comprises of many big and small countries. Each region is spread over the areas which consist of lakes, mountains and landscape. There are religious and cultural diversities of every region. Art and literature has been the part of European culture since ancient times. There are various types of art like Irish art, Greek art or Spanish art. The arts of every community have impacts of the ancient cultures. Dutch society is egalitarian and modern. The people are generally modest, tolerant, independent, self-reliant, and entrepreneurial. They value education, hard work, and personal achievement. The Dutch have an aversion to the nonessential. Ostentatious behaviour is to be avoided. Accumulating money is fine, but spending money is considered something of a vice and highly associated with being a show-off. A high style is considered wasteful and suspect. The Dutch are very proud of their rich history in art and music and involvement in affairs with other countries.

Belgian people have love for the “good life”. They find it in their excellent food and drink, comfortable housing, reliable medical and social services, highly developed traffic and communications infrastructure.Boot-shaped Italy possesses perhaps the most instantly identifiable physical shape of any country in the world, the result of its particular geography. In the north, the Alps join Italy to the southern underside of Europe. Near its border with Switzerland is the glacier-carved Lake Country. To the northeast, near Austria, rises a spectacular and extremely rugged section of the Alps known as the Dolomites. Central Italy is characterized by its many hill towns, terraced farms and vineyards, and steep valleys. Iceland is the most productive country in the world. The economy is basically dependent upon fishing industry which forms the major part of export. Although the Icelandic economy still relies heavily on fishing it is constantly becoming less important as the travel industry and other service, technology, energy intensive and various other industries grow rapidly.

There is freedom of religion in iceland. Most Icelanders are either very liberal in their religious beliefs or uninterested in religious matters altogether, and predominantly do not attend church regularly or even at all. Switzerland hosts many lakes, from the large Lake Geneva to hundreds of tiny little lakes in the mountains. There are also many dammed-up lakes, mainly to drive water turbines of power plants.A characteristic feature of the Swedish arts scene is the large number of art associations. Most of them are formed by art-loving employees at companies or institutions. Foreign art experts often find Swedish design very functional, and no wonder, since Sweden was one of the strongholds of the Functional movement. One of top creations is the District Court House in Sölvesborg, which became a source of inspiration to European and American architects.
